It was freezing cold for our ride! Fortunately, the driver had extra blankets which are incredibly warm. It was nice to see the Central Park sites from this perspective, the driver was very nice and took pictures of us with my camera (very much appreciated).
One downside is the chaos at the beginning, finding your carriage was frustrating, especially since our cell phone battery had died.
Another drawback is the sheer number of bicycle carriages bringing people around, with music blaring & them riding all over the place. It would be nice to have a separation between them & the horse drawn carriages.

Good experience, but way over priced online

First off, the experience itself was good, but we were way overcharged on Viator, which soured the experience a bit. Having paid almost $250 (!), the carriages all had a sign saying $63 for the first 20 minutes and then less after that. We were out for around 35 minutes and I don't believe we did anything special walk up people were doing.

I'd recommend the trip, but definitely don't book it on Viator and just get in the queue.

Nice ride but overpriced

Carriage ride was way more expensive purchased here than if I did in person. Ride was supposed to be 45 mins but ended up only 35 mins. Got to see a lot of things and the horse was nice so enjoyed that part.
