Ross was a great tour guide! He took us all around the village and gave us great insight to its history. All of the food was excellent. This was our first food tour and it did not disappoint!

We did the NY W Village Food Tour on December 2nd which happened to be my birthday. Our tour guide Jonathan did an outstanding job educating us on the history of the area and notable events that took place in the WV. Jonathan’s knowledge of the area was extensive and he was able to answer all of our questions with ease. Our tasting samples included pizza, rice balls, Thai dumplings, and falafel, and we finished up with gourmet cupcakes. I would be hard-pressed to identify a favorite because everything we tasted was excellent! The portions were small and we didn’t feel stuffed at the end of the tour. Our tour started at 11:00am and ended at 2:00 which gave us plenty of time to work up an appetite for a 7:00pm dinner.
There’s always more to learn about the history of NYC and how neighborhoods evolved and transformed over the years and Jonathan did not disappoint! If you have an opportunity to do a Viator tour I’d say “do it”! And maybe you’ll be lucky to have Jonathan as your tour guide-you won’t regret it!

Fantastic tour! Our guide Adam was friendly and engaging and able to tell us quite a bit about the neighborhood and some of its famous buildings/inhabitants. The tastings were varied and so delicious we actually went back to the Italian deli to gather provisions for that nights dinner! Highly, highly recommend.

We had a GREAT time/tour with Adam! He was knowledgeable about the neighborhood and NYC. Personality above and beyond. It was a rainy Saturday morning and he made sure we were kept as dry as possible. He wanted to get to know us like we wanted to get to know him. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
