I was picked up at Kennedy, and everything was seamless. When I called to confirm my arrival, customer service hot me to exactly where I had to be. Mohammed was there within minutes, and the teip home wes perfect. I will fefinitely be using viator and asking for car 106 in the future! Thank you so much!

Curbside Pick-up

The pickup was a little hectic as it was curbside, so you were battling crowds and many cars. Thankfully our driver had my name displayed in his window, so we found him. He was courteous and helped with bags. Will do again.

Just Another Uber-Not Luxury Car Service

Car was on time and got us to our location. However, we ordered a luxury sedan and a guy in blue jeans and a t shirt showed up in a mini van. The car had a very disturbing odor and the driver was fairly erratic. We got out of the car about 5 blocks before our location because we were nauseous and a little uncomfortable with his aggressive driving. Throughout the ride, his phone got notifications of other other pickups he could make. It was clear that this is a ride sharing service, nit a private car service. If you are expecting anything other than Uber/lift when ordering the luxury sedan, it's not. Price was fine, but not the bill of goods that are advertised on website.

Disappointed in private car transfer from the airport.

Disappointed we had to wait for the car 30+ minutes. Prior to my flight departure I called to reconfirm the reservation twice and notified Carmel Limo that our flight would arrive at LA Guardia at 10:47pm.
After we got our baggage I had to call 3 times before the car finally came 30 minutes later.
I had expected better service.
