Excellent Views

We visited The Summit on a sunny afternoon in December. The experience was unforgettable. There are three floors of perfect views. The crowd was a bit overwhelming at times. I suggest waiting to take pictures once you get to second floor. On the first floor the excitement has more of a crowd stopping for pictures. But 2nd & 3rd floors are just as great for pix. There is a snack bar and open outside patio at end of the visit. We chose not to do the glass elevator (extra charge) but felt we did not miss out on much. It was def worth the money. Also, the building is located at Grand Central Terminal. After the visit, we were able to tour the station and also stop there for dinner :) a big plus.

I have visited Top of the Rock, The Edge & Empire State Building. The Summit is def the best out of the three.
A must

I wasn’t sure if this was going to be worth the expense but it was 100%! The views are amazing but there’s so much more to it than that. I won’t spoil it by giving too many details…
Best views of NYC nighttime

This was by far one of the best experiences we did in our time in NYC. We were disappointed we couldn’t book to go in the day as it was fully booked and ended up going at night but this was amazing definitely book to go at night time it is beautiful up there with all the lights the big glass windows and reflective floors makes for the most amazing experience
Great views but queue, queue, queue!

Fantastic offering by One Vanderbilt, however due to popularity people are constantly queuing for things. Was it worth the $160+ I paid for two tickets, probably, at least I can say I’ve done it, however I won’t be rushing back!
