Paul Kelly was our tour guide, he was very informative plus, fun & upbeat. He keep a good pace& was considerate of people who weren't able to keep the pace. He kept the group entertained. The 9/11 memorial was breathtaking. Paul had before & after photos of certain historical events which was thoughtful. He wrapped up his part of the tour as we were ushered onto the ferry to see lady liberty.
