Jacob/Jake our tour guide was excellent - gave us some brief and funny history along the way, gave clear instructions on where to meet, what time to meet etc. i was a little confused about what all was included in our activity (did we have a ferry ticket? Were we actually getting off the boat etc) so on that front i would ask the company to explain a bit better on what the ticket includes - we got exactly what we wanted and it was a fun day!

Tour guide and tour itself was excellent!!!!The wait time for the return boat was horrible. Too many people so we had to wait for the next boat. Our 2 hour express tour turned into 5 hours. Be ready to stand in line.
