25-30 min tour is a must after 3 days of walking the streets what a way to see New York from above well organised highly recommend

A wonderful experience flying around the major spots in New York. The pilot gave a commentary about all the places. It was a fab time there were 5 people on board so we had plenty of rooms.

Helicopter was shared with 6 people plus pilot. So a bit cramped but great views . Only get best photos if sat in front or window seats. Times were changed and initially they couldn’t find the booking so worth calling and checking.
Helicopter goes up one side and then repeats journey so both sides of helicopter can see.

It was a great experience, interesting narrative but the radio crackled a lot. Luckily we had a lovely sunshiny day after many days of rain. It was wonderful to join a family from the UK.
If you want to see NYC in a hurry - this is a good bet.

A lack of careful communication and organisation led to a cancelled trip on my partner’s birthday. We were re-arranged - for the next day involving another trip to the bottom of Manhattan - and the flight went as planned. I was somewhat disappointed that we were ‘wedged’ into the middle seats of the helicopter with a reduced opportunity to take pictures - the best seats were taken by the family who turned up 20 minutes late for the trip and were then given prime front and side seats - not proper justice. We were given a complimentary photo for our booking re-arrangements. Overall it was a nice flight but the occasion lost its sparkle once we were ‘bumped’ from the trip on the original day, which was a birthday surprise for my partner, and then soured with poor seating.
