We will start in Park Slope where we will visit Prospect Park, where there is still an old growth forest dating back many centuries when this land was populated by indigenous tribes. This park was created by Frederick Law Olmsted and Calvert Vaux, who also developed Central Park, and is home to the Brooklyn Museum, the Brooklyn Zoo and the Brooklyn Botanical Garden.
