Reviews

Emotive museum with the right balance of facts and individual eyewitness accounts

Spent over 2 hours here. Recommend buying advance tickets as huge queue for buy on the day. Recommend watching the 25 minute video before going into the exhibits. Boys age 12 and 15 enjoyed it. My favourite was the historic display and memorial display. It was very busy at 10am think they let too many people on at once
Very moving but well worth a visit

The ticket purchase and redeeming was super straight forward.
The museum was very moving, the real voice mails of people who died was so upsetting!

Very moving and meaningful.
Important for my grandsons to visit. Needed more time than we had. Only had 1 and half hour,
Beautiful tribute to those that lost their lives on 9.11.2001

If you are comfortable taking the subway this is the best way to reach the memorial. Ubers didnt drop off close and we had to walk several blocks in the rain. The subway goes into the Occulus and was very close to the memorial.
Beautiful and yet so moving experience
