Loved it! Guide was friendly and knowledgeable. The historical information was very interesting and my college kids enjoyed the tour. We will do another guided tour with this company again.

The tour guide was awesome! She showed us details of the city, introduced us to people in the community and told great stories.

Tour was a great addition to our NYC trip. Had a good walk around Greenwich Village. Great tastes of the neighbourhood. Went back on our own to try some of them a second time they were so good.
Alex our guide was excellent and communication prior to our tour was clear and made it easy to connect.
Tale of two Alexanders (both Great)

Our food and especially history tour of Greenwich Village was expertly and enthusiastically led by Alexander. His boss is also named Alexander and they make a great team. Boss Alexander actually contacted us by text before our tour to make sure everything was okay and to keep us up to date. He also assured us that the tour would proceed even though it was just the two of us. Alexander the guide texted us his description so we could identify him at the meeting point. This allowed us to send him a selfie for our ID. So the mechanics of the tour were well-oiled by professional people, which is comforting.

The tour was fabulous! Alexander knew his history and his food and he fed us both! He paced us well and fed us well. We wandered all around Greenwich Village and enjoyed food ranging from French desserts to Cornish pasties to pizza to Georgian (Europe version) salad and "soup dumplings" to cupcakes! And all were amazing. We were never rushed and always had the history and the stories of the food and neighborhood blended in. Alexander was even nice enough at the end our tour to walk us to the start of the High Line (highly recommend!) so that we could work off some of those calories. Later he emailed us more information on his favorite places to go in NYC and about the various topics we discussed. If we come to NYC again, we'll do another tour with this company and ask Alexander to let Alexander lead our tour.
