Must see

The Museum is a must see and do activity. It is sobering, yet inspiring. Built around the the remains of Tower 2 it includes melted fire trucks and pictures of all those who perished as a result of Islamic Terrorism on 9/11 2001. The Museum includes information from all 4 crash sites. Military, retired Military and First Responders get in Free.
We went the same day we saw “Coming from Away” on Broadway. Really made a big impact for us on the Play.
Didn’t require a tour.

John was great. Interesting background details on NY but in hindsight I wish we had spent that time at ground zero and in the museum as we felt we didn’t allow enough.
Not Like Any Where Else

This was an absolute eerie place to visit. Very quiet and solemn. It was a place to reflect and it takes you back in time to when it actually happened. We weren't in New York when it happened, but we felt the horror, sadness, anger, helplessness, hopefulness, the pride, the thankfulness of every first responders, the prayers for every family that this horrible act of inhumane hatred bestowed upon our incredible country. We all stuck together and we still stay strong. This didn't tear us apart, but it brought every American closer. And forever will. Seeing this Museum is something that will stay with you forever. Please take your time as you see all of the exhibits inside, it really is an amazing reflection of the attack on America that day, but also a reminder of the day that we all gathered together to become one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all!!!!
Great tour

We had Loretta as our guide and feel like we hit the jackpot! Engaging, knowledgeable, charismatic...she made the tour very interesting . Her knowledge and expertise, particularly regarding 9/11, was impressive. The memorial is almost indescribable - the overwhelming loss our country felt and will always continue to feel, is masterfully, impeccably and respectfully represented. The lives of the fallen, the bravery of the responders, the pain of the survivors and families and the dedication of volunteers is profoundly and beautifully displayed. It is a somber, highly emotional memorial and will take a few hours to see and experience. We will never forget.

Bob was informative and we learned a lot but unfortunately you sold us a plan with a tour of the Ground Zero museum. Which was closed. That was the main reason we took the tour. So very disappointed
