Fantastic Night

What a fantastic night we had here ,22nd November, for my wifes birthday. Food was excellent, staff were excellent. Guy called Bam served us and was superb throughout. As it was my wifes birthday he brought a very large sharing sundae to the table and had the whole place cheering my wifes birthday. After the meal we were treated to a rooftop visit by the manager, overlooking Times Square which rounded off a perfect birthday night .

Meals & service excellent. Servings large. Music great but not intrusive. Menu very broad. Smoked BBQ my favourite. Souvenirs available.

We had a pretty decent night here - the bad reviews seem a little harsh.

We turned up early and get seated straight away. The welcome hosts were however completely miserable. We were greeted at our table by Xavier our waiter and he was lovely.

We ordered drinks and they came out quickly along with water.

The food was perhaps a little slow to come out but it was very busy. The food was fresh, hot and tasty!

Presentation was perhaps a little scruffy.

Xavier seemed to have a huge amount of tables to accommodate; but he was always smiling and did his best.

Perhaps management need to look at staffing levels and I’d imagine your reviews will start getting better.

Went on a Sunday afternoon. Service was very good. Good music and atmosphere. Had the Legendary Burger which was very nice, accompanied by a very nice IPA (Six Point - Sweet Action).

The food was good and the service was quick. We booked for 0945 and was able to be seated 45 mins before which was good. The staff are nice, however they expect a tip. We gave a tip and the waiter made us fully aware what we gave still wasn’t enough.

Bear enough the prices aren’t exactly cheap, the staff shouldn’t be expecting tips. It’s rude.
