This 4-hour authentic Sunday Harlem Gospel and Brunch Tour first starts at the Apollo Theater, explores the 125th Street area, and then carries through to Mount Morris Park Historic District area. Here, you will find a multitude of churches rich with history amongst where our prominent individuals made their homes. Some of the most well-known musicians and entertainers started their journeys here, and much of the music that began here is now immortalized in American pop culture for future generations to enjoy.

Our Tour Guide on Oct. 9, 2022 was Deb and I highly recommend her for any future tours in Harlem. She had fantastic stories to share about historic places in the heartbeat of New York- HARLEM USA. We also met Carolyn the owner of the tour company who has a new game featuring historical facts about the area called Harlemopoly- be on the look out for that.

Carolyn was professional and extremely knowledgeable of Harlem as well as New York city. The tour hit many historical places in Harlem and the gospel singing was phenomenal. The brunch was delicious and we highly recommend that you experience this tour when you are in NYC.

Excellent guided walking tour of Harlem by a knowledgeable and fun guide. Then a visit to a neighbourhood church where there was fabulous singing and an uplifting sermon. Finally a super brunch in a local restaurant.

We all really enjoyed out tour leaders Caroline and Jonathan.. they were so knowledgeable and answered our questions plus they were fun. I sure gave me a very different idea and perception 0f what Harlem was like. Often movies give a -laa different and sometime bad idea 0f an area. I would certainly choose to live in the part of Harlem that we saw over the busy, loud Manhattan. The restaurant was excellent. Quiet, so we could really enjoy each others company and good food.
