Apart from 30 minutes wait the experience was excellent. Once the driver had picked us up we where in Manhattan in no time. Would recommend Go Airlink

Connecting with the van at JFK was hard because of difficult communications with the advisors on the telephone. (Bad connection; difficult-to-understand language skills). Once in the van, the long drive through heavy traffic was enjoyable, particularly the last few miles when only the driver and me were in the van.

Agents could not find my resrvatiob

I had to call 4 times before any agent found my reservation after arriving at JFK. Then I was told can pickup would be 15-20 minutes. I waited over an hour and then called in again. Once van arrived servic was great but waiting so long was very very inconvenient since I had to stand the entire time at the Welcone Center in terminal 5
