Booked wrong airport shuttle

I accidentally booked a shuttle for JFK and realized the morning of our departure we were flying out of LaGuardia instead. I called and spoke with Victoria and within minutes she updated our shuttle reservation. She was super nice and solved my mistake with ease. Thank you!! The response time was amazing.

Booked the day before I travelled, I was the last pick up from Manhattan hotels. Everything went smoothly got to the airport with plenty of time to spare. The Airlink transfer driver was great, overall great experience and it didn’t break the bank!

Just a follow on from my review a few days ago regarding our transfer from JFK to Manhatten the transfer from Manhatten to JFK went without a hitch. Had to phone them to confirm the pick up time and as previously there was no trace of the reservation number provided by BA but the operator was very professional she created a new number and arranged the pickup for the following afternoon, the pick up arrived on time and we made it to JFK despite the Friday afternoon traffic.
