A window on New York.

It was nice not having to stand in line. Know that you have to spend your $15/ticket at one place. You can't get $7 worth of food and then try to buy a souvenir for $8. We went in time to see the sunset and then see the lights of the city come on.
A Freedom View of NYC

The entrance to this event was an unexpected surprise and thoroughly enjoyable experience - a show in and of itself, especially the elevator ride. Missed not being able to take in the sites from outdoors as previously experienced on the Twin Towers and Empire State Building, but all in all this is definitely a must for tourists and locals.
Fantastic food and view

Outstanding staff at the restaurant…especially Josephina! Food was incredible and excellent beverages ❤️❤️
FYI you need a reservation for a table.
If you have something better to do, skip this.

I am torn on what to rate this experience (3 or 4 stars). It is definitely a tourist trap (I knew that going into it) but it's a very expensive tourist trap. Do you get to see a lot of NY? Yes. Do I need to see a lot of NY when I saw it from the airplane? That's debatable. I also didn't care for the heavy ipads, I would've rather had a map. And although tickets are supposedly timed for people who do general admission, it was awfully crowded at the top.

Our tickets came with 2-$15 vouchers for the gift shop or restaurant. The restaurant had a long wait and we bought one thing at the gift shop but to spend the other voucher I had to find something at least $15 (I couldn't use it and just forfeit anything left over).

This experience did not add anything to my NYC trip so that's mainly why I didn't give it 5 stars.
Must do, great view!

Nice view! The video pad with "helicopter" up close detail was fun. Our ticket included a drink which we enjoyed. I liked the flexible entry time slot... it took us much longer in the museum than expected (which was fascinating as well). The late afternoon sun was bright in our eyes and I could not see the video pad screen well on about half of the attempts.
