Ross is excellent. We really enjoyed his stories and tips of where to go back later and enjoy the light illumination of the falls. Well worth the money. We had driven around the day before mostly in circles and never saw the falls.

Fall tour to Niagara waterfall

Strating the tour from double tree by hilton Hotel at 9:30 am for the bus pick where the tour could pick you from other hotels too. We had booked the tour the night before where the grayline had a small desk in hotel lobby but we used their website and you can book in the morning before departing I think. It was a fantastic tour. We enjoyed our tour totally and we can come again if we had the opportunity. Our guide Ricky was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed for this tour and even where to by food and souvenirs in less price than what they offered near the waterfall. We were very lucky to chose this tour with great tour guide.

Seen a lot without too much walking, but I wanted to see the inside of the power plant, he only drove in a parking lot.
The boat ride was fun when I wasn't all wet yet. It was so misty I couldn't see the Horseshoe Falls.
The driver knew a lot of good stuff about Niagara that was fun to hear.
