Great experience but only save a few pounds

One tower great time. Best to go just before sunset snd stay an hour until dark. See New York in all its glory.
BUT not impressed with viator tickets. They would not down load at the world trade centre for staff. But due to a big queue they let us in. Don’t know what went wrong?
