The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable of everything. He was full of so much rich history that most people would probably not know or remember from so long ago. It was truly an amazing tour. Dean was wonderful.

The tour was good. It was what I was expecting. The guide Michael was great and was obviously knowledgeable about the history of NYC, the Statue of Liberty, and Ellis Island. This is a wonderful time to visit NYC as it’s still opening up from the pandemic, and there weren’t crowds at the attractions.
I docked this tour one star as there were inconsistencies about the meetup. Some people were told to be there at 9:30. I was told to be there at 8:30 so we waited an extra hour. Additionally the directions said we should redeem our voucher for the ticket at the redemption point which would NOT be the same place as the start of the tour. However, if you read more closely - the address of the redemption point WAS the same address as the tour take off … confusing. There were other minor confusions, but I think bottom line the tour was worthy of four stars.
