The maid of the mist is certainly unlike anything I have experienced. It invokes a feeling of utmost awe. The boat goes right in the falls where you can enjoy the backdrop of the fall amidst the beautiful mist and rainbow. It is easily one of the best experiences of my life

Brett was an amazing tour guide!! We loved listening to his knowledge of the history of Niagara Falls and the surrounding areas. He even gave recommendations for restaurants and things to do close outside of Niagara. Very apparent that Brett is passionate about what he does. Highly recommend!!
Crushed on the boat but still fun

The staff was fantastic. The boat makes a circle at American Falls so everyone has a chance for pics. Drawbacks were all the people crushed together at the front of the boat, blocking the view (I'm 5' 2" & senior citizen). Unfortunately there were a couple of pushy & rude people, Consequently, I couldn't see the approach to Horseshoe Falls. The rocky wet trail leading to the stairs up to the Crow's Nest was too risky for me to attempt. Tour guide was very friendly & informative, especially regarding the timing plus the history. Great view from observation deck. Not too wet from the spray. Enjoyable ride
The boat ride was great....

The boat ride was great. Service not do much. Our names left off of itinerary and not much of a tour for just boat ride. We did not di the walk after.
