$100.00 per person late fee for arriving 30 minutes or less prior to scheduled flight time

$35.00 heliport fee for children under the age of 2 (must be paid on site on travel date)

$35.00 heliport fee per person (must be paid on site on travel date)

$50.00 per person late fee for failing to arrive 45 minutes prior to scheduled flight time

Helicopter seats 6 passengers and 1 pilot. All tours are shared with other passengers. All 6 seats must be purchased for a private tour. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In

my kids loved it so so much and eventhough we have to wait until the weather cleared. It was amazing there are a 35 $ fee that you paid regardless of your ticket at the hanger but it was worth it

The place is not easy to get to and the staff on teh pick up - in a very old bus - did not appear to know what they were doing.
I was very, very surprised to find that I had to pay an additional USD 35.00 per person on the day in cash for the Heliport fee. Why was this not included? I had the sense that this was being taken by the staff for themselves.
They need to learn about customer service in a big way as they are very officious.
The pilot was good and the flight fun.
